1. Your Privacy & Trust
 

• Any keys, entry codes, alarm details, or access instructions provided will be kept strictly confidential

• Your personal information and home details will never be shared with anyone

• I will never discuss your home, belongings, or lifestyle with others

• All visits are handled with discretion, care, and professionalism
   

2. Scheduling & Payment
 

• Payment is due on the day of service
   

If payment is not received:

• A reminder will be sent

• After 7 days, a $5 daily late fee will be applied until payment is received
   

Statutory Holidays:

• Cleanings requested on statutory holidays are charged at 1.5x the regular rate

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
 

• Cancellations within 24 hours: 25% of the cleaning cost

• Cancellations within 3 hours: 50% of the cleaning cost
   

If I need to cancel within 24 hours, you will receive 10% off your rescheduled cleaning.
 

4. Access to the Home
 

Please ensure I can enter your home at the scheduled time.

• If I am locked out, a fee of 75% of the cleaning cost will be charged

• If you are late, that time will be deducted from your cleaning session

• I will wait up to 30 minutes; if there is no communication, I will leave and the lockout fee will apply
   

5. Pets
 

• Please inform me ahead of time if there are pets in the home
   

6. Professional & Respectful Environment
 

I am committed to providing a professional service and expect the same in return.
 

• If I experience any inappropriate comments or behaviour, I reserve the right to leave immediately

• In such cases, the full cost of the scheduled cleaning may be charged and future services may be refused

7. Service Quality
 

I take pride in delivering a high-quality clean every time.
 

• If you have any concerns, please reach out within 24 hours, and I will review the situation with you

• Any follow-up or adjustments are at my discretion
   

8. Agreement
