The early days with a new baby & the ongoing rhythm of family life are deeply meaningful, and they can feel overwhelming. My role is to gently step in and support you behind the scenes, so you can be more present for what truly matters; connection, rest, and time with your loved ones.
This care is not just for families with newborns, I will support you in any stage of parenthood. Toddlers, teens... you name it.
Practical & Nourishing Support

A Little About Me
I am a Certified Holistic Doula, Holistic Nutritionist & Breathwork Facilitator. I hold deep appreciation for the postpartum period as a sacred and transformative time. My training & values have shaped the way I approach nurturing families; with intention, warmth, and respect for this important season.
In addition, I spent nearly three years working as a nanny, where I supported both children and the home. Through that experience, I saw firsthand how quickly everyday tasks; laundry, meals, tidying can pile up.
That’s where I come in. My goal is to take the weight of the to-do list off your mind, so you can spend more time on being present with yourself & your family.

Steady support during the early postpartum season, designed for mothers wanting consistent help settling in.

Family Care (Hourly)
Not every family is in the newborn stage, but every family deserves support. Available on an hourly basis for your day-to-day rhythm.
$40 / hour
Consistent care (suggested 1–3 times per week) starting at 90 minutes up to 5 hours, designed to fit naturally into your family routine.
